Nigerians attack Atiku on Twitter

Tweeting in response to the news of President Muhammadu Buhari’s promise to pay for the treatment of a visually-impaired Corps member, Nigeria’s former vice president and now presidential aspirant wrote:


“I commend @NGRPresident @MBuhari for paying medical bills of a blind corps member 5 months to the 2019 election, but I remind him that if he had invested the public funds he spends on his London medicals on public healthcare, he wouldn’t need to do this”.





The tweet obviously did not go down well with some Nigerians who immediately flooded Atiku’s Twitter page with attacking questions:
